• Location Permission (GPS / Approximate Location): Used only locally on your device to calculate prayer times and qibla direction based on your position. Your location data is never stored or sent to external servers.
• Local Storage (Storage / Hive CE): Used to store verse bookmarks, reading history, favorites, and downloaded murottal audio so they can be used offline.
• Notifications (Local Notifications): Used for adhan and prayer time reminders, scheduled entirely on your device.

3. Prayer Time, Qibla & Hijri Calendar Calculations

Prayer times, qibla direction, daily dzikir, and the Hijri calendar are all calculated mathematically on your device using your local location — no network requests are sent to any server for these features.

4. Analytics & Third-Party Services

The app uses trusted anonymous analytics services (such as Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics) only to identify technical errors (crash reports) and aggregate usage statistics. This data is anonymous and cannot be used to personally identify you.

5. No Ads & No Data Sales

The Quran Murottal app is 100% free of third-party ads (No Ads). We never sell, rent, or share user data with anyone for marketing purposes.
